Following the release of his star-studded third studio album, Boss Man, which included features from Lil Baby, Post Malone, Future, Nicki Minaj and more, Rich announced that he is now an independent artist who owns his masters. For the first release on his newly independent label, Rich Forever Music, he connected with Baton Rouge superstar, YoungBoy Never Broke Again, for their 15-track joint album, Nobody Safe. The album featured Lil Wayne, Rod Wave and Quando Rondo, and was praised by fans and critics alike with BET saying, “The combination of these two is like liquid gold. Their chemistry only amplifies the prolific power each man exemplified in their lyrics and delivery and clearly the fans are loving it.” Rich also spent much of 2020 adding his hitmaking touch to a long list of collaborations, delivering verses on albums for Lil Wayne, Trippie Redd, Drakeo The Ruler, to name a few. Rich capped off 2020 with the release of new solo singles, “Right” and “So Heartless,” which set the stage for the upcoming EP. Rich has also been teasing his forthcoming single, “Nasty,” which features Flo Milli, Rubi Rose and Mulatto. Earlier this month, Rich announced the signing of a new artist, Mississippi’s own SipTee, to Rich Forever Music, and with more big news and new music on the horizon, the new year is set to be another defining year for the label.
