BIG NAUGHTY RELEASES HIS DEBUT EP, BUCKET LIST, WITH BLOCKBUSTER MUSIC VIDEO FOR “JOKER”

BIG Naughty —the South Korean teen hip-hop artist who’s the one to watch— releases his debut EP, Bucket List, today via H1GHR MUSIC. It’s accompanied by a thrilling, cybercrime-themed music video for the focus track, “Joker,” which features JAMIE. An emblem of the young rapper’s flourishing ingenuity, Bucket List marks BIG Naughty’s coming of age. Whether it’s “Brand New World,” an angsty anthem about BIG Naughty’s high school woes and rebellious nature, or “Bravo,” an encouraging number about loneliness, BIG Naughty fuses a multitude of interests, sonics, emotions and quirks to make a strong first impression. The 7-track EP also features some of Korea’s most exciting artists and producers, including JAMIE, GSoul, Wonstein, SOLE, GRAY, PEEJAY and DPR CREAM.. Listen to Bucket List here and watch “Joker” here.

In collaboration with Seongsu Museum in Seoul, BIG Naughty launched an exhibition of drawings to coincide with his Bucket List EP release. A multidisciplinary artist, BIG Naughty created individual single artworks inspired by the music. Ongoing from now till April 30th, the interactive exhibition will allow visitors to color in the drawings. For more details check out H1GHR MUSIC’s Instagram and the Seongsu Museum Instagram account @seongsu_misulgwan. BIG Naughty first took on Korea's hip-hop scene when he was 15 years old. As a top three finalist and fan favorite of the popular televised rap competition, Show Me The Money, BIG Naughty made a lasting impression with his larger than life personality and sound. Now at 17 years old, he is signed to Jay Park's label, H1GHR MUSIC, and is relentlessly building out a remarkable discography, all while finishing his studies at an international school. One of the key players on H1GHR MUSIC’s compilation albums, [H1GHR : RED TAPE] and [H1GHR : BLUE TAPE], released last summer, BIG Naughty stole the limelight with his easy confidence and leisurely flows on singles, including “The Purge,” “How We Rock” and “Oscar.” The breakout star has received tremendous local support, including from GQ, Marie Claire, Esquire, Billboard and Dingo Freestyle. The momentum continues for BIG Naughty as he prepares for Bucket List, releasing his single, “Girl At The Coffee Shop,” earlier this month. It garnered early global recognition from the likes of Teen Vogue, which said, “The smooth guitars and jazz-infused R&B give the song an Anderson .Paak vibe, with BIG Naughty's own early aesthetic shining through: a mix of playful and chill.” These nuances are present throughout Bucket List, showcasing BIG Naughty’s diverse creative range and foreshadowing his bright future. Stay tuned for more news from BIG Naughty.
