The music industry is nothing short of a gateway to some of the biggest talents in the world. Today, that gateway has led us to a certified hitmaker known as Tyla Yaweh. He was first discovered by Dre London and Post Malone while opening for Post Malone in his hometown, Orlando Florida. He then ended up signing to London Entertainment. Tyla has quickly risen to mainstream and has already debuted his first billboard single,
“Tommy Lee” at No.65 on the billboard 100. After teaming up with Post Malone, he and Tyla both showed the world they’re here to stay for a very long time. Shortly after dropping “Tommy Lee”, they then released the visuals for it which shows just how fun the Rager Boy’s life really is. In the video, he and his pal Posty (Post Malone) are seen living the real Tommy Lee rockstar lifestyle as they crack some brews open and jump on some ATV’s riding through the mountains. The video also features them living the luxury lifestyle in the back of a limousine drinking and partying.
After dropping that masterpiece of a song and visual (which now has over 21 million views), Tyla has yet again hit us with another vigorous visual for his other hit single titled “Stuntin’ On You” featuring one of the industries most extraordinary artists, DaBaby. He definitely didn’t sell us short with “Stuntin’ On You” as the video is packed with high energy and a ton of big flexin’. He and DaBaby can be seen throwing around tons of cash at a jeweler, as they then grab some girls and hit the streets in their matching lamborghini's.
Tyla’s vibe and character are prime examples of success and how life should be lived when you’re making hits. Tyla still has yet to release his upcoming debut album, “Rager Boy”.
It’s safe to say as a music critic and heavy consumer that Tyla will be staying around and hitting us with nothing but straight hits as he’s already proved himself over the past year. It looks like this is just the beginning and we’ll be seeing the name Tyla Yaweh all over the billboard charts.
